Burned puppy ready for adoption
A puppy deputies say suffered burns at the hand of his owner is now up for adoption. In July, Cumberland County deputies charged Tony Knolle with animal cruelty after officers say he tried to burn “Red”. The puppy suffered sores plus singed hair and whiskers. Now, he’s ready for a permanent home.
