We’ve restarted the adoption process, and after a lot of thinking we’ve chosen not to adopt internationally (which was the original plan)… but to instead go through the foster care system. The entire process usually takes about 6 months and we’ll share what’s happening as things progress.

They took my baby on an order that contained false information. I plan to present this to the judge, whether my public defender likes it or not.

CPS DCFS should not be modified, it should be abolished. It is corrupt to the core, in every state it operates in. Family courts were first started with the Nazis. They steal, drug and even kill kids, and it NEVER stops. Why have a separate agency whose sole purpose is to rip families apart, drug kids, and profit from it?
I lost my kids too not something that is so easy around here the judge did not even let me say anything he just ordered the 2 children to be placed in states care did not even give me a chance now they are gone and I am lost without them

an emergency brain surgery, in 2002. Within the first days of hospitilzation,& entire encounter, CPS was building a case on me, imagine that? Experience 8 years of
tramautic, torture& crazy lyies they acused me of.
CPS gets ASFA money for every kid they take and more money for every kid they adopt out. Workers routinely lie and exaggerate and are never held accountable. They can accuse someone and the person never gets a voice in court ~but “get” to live with the accusations on their record for the rest of thir life. You know, people are just idiots to believe there is anything but greed for people living off the backs of little kids who think nothing of making accusations they use in kangaroo courts.
part 2- basement door just so i couldnt testify i have proof i was suppose to testify i have proof i was at work not the streets and they have given me a 109 drug screenings i have completed 2 service agreements and now she is making another it is nov 19 09 and i am still fighting to get my daughter back all this over a lie and i have proof of my whereabouts and i have proof i am not a drug addict did what they told me so why dont i have my bay girl because cps sucks
june 2 08 i was suppose to testify in a case against my exboyfrends friend he told me not to go if i did to lie i told him i was going to go and i wasnt going to lie so on may16 08 he called the police and told them that i had left my 8 mo old alone to go smoke crack in the streets and that he couldnt care for the child so cps came in and took my child ..i dont do drugs and i was at work while this happened june 1 08 he called the police again and had me arrested say that i kicked in my own
And that’s what any CPS worker will have you believe.
I myself almost lost all my children to a false accusation. They were removed for 3 months. The only reason we won was because of political connections, innocence had nothing to do with it.
There has to be a reason you cant get the children back…CPS workers dont just remove children for no reason. Their goal is to keep families in tact. They must have evidence to believe that you cannot handle that many kids and you’re choosing to have more?! Jeeeeez.
The film link I posted above is a look into not just the bad activities of CPS but in fact their failure to protect children up to and including those one thousand or more children who die from neglect or who are murdered every day. Imagine not investigating the above film, then having your child taken away and then discivering that you child had been horribly murdered by the very people selected by CPS to “take care of your child.” Think it couldn’t happen, it does every day.
They are criminals They should not have the rights to do this to people They took my girls away and are trying to terminate my rights even after i have done everything they asked me to do and they give me a stupid reason why they think i am still unfit, and my and my fiance of 3 years had a son and they took him because they twisted the safty plan around to say we did something wrong and we dident i Fucking hate them ! they have messed up my life my kids lives and countless others I feel 4 u
After some actual *true* research and this video, I think that DCFS/CPS are phonies. They claim to help protect children and the like, but it really seems that they want to kidnap children and are being very clever. I’ve heard of them even ignoring legit abuse situations. Conspiracy?
Also, as for why CPS “couldn’t handle children acting up”, it’s because they were all of a sudden taken from their parents and watched by a complete stranger. It’s traumatizing, but they don’t care at all.
you mentioned 50% the sad thing is that is under estimated. studies show that many states have 80-90% permanent removal rates. they insist they are all about “Reunification of families” but they don’t.
Like you our daughter in our care was doing well and they had to admit that. yet because of circumstances my mother had to watch the baby for a short bit. with her and CPS they kept her out of home. now we don’t have proof of our parenting.
They are flat out profiting from baby snatching..
wow……I hope that you won them back. I grew up in foster care. I was taken from an abusvie mother……and given to a series of abusive foster parents who made my birth mother look like mary poppins. Two of my five siblings(the babies) were adopted out after my mothers rights were terminated. your kids may be acting out because they are mistreated. it is the rule rather than the exception…..i will pray for you and your beautiful kids……..liz
sometimes cps can be a rediculous allternative for the child’s actual parents. From things that I have seen cps can seem cruel to me, plus I am biased because of my best friend’s story. He was given up for adoption only to be adopted out to the holy heart of horrible parents. Yeah the government will give your kids over to crazy people without your consent… for the money…
Check out the Adoption and Safe Families Act of 1997-on page 7 is your answer-an adoption incentive is given to the state for each child adopted out, between $2000 and $6000 per child. THAT is the reason the children are being kept, for the MONEY!!!
complain en-mass, the more spurious the better, about cps employees’ families. the reality check may be what they need, but i suppose it will only expose a double standard if anything.

Take your baby and get the hell out of town…for God’s sake…defend your child! They have NO RIGHT to take your child…what God brings together let no man break asunder….Find out all you can about those involved with your case…the social workers, attorneys, Judges, EVERYBODY!!! then get creative…YOU HAVE MORE POWER THAN YOU REALIZE…they love people to sit around depressed or to go nuts and end up in jail…be smart…be sneaky…think like a criminal…GET YOU KID AND GET JUSTICE!!!
It is called RIGHTEOUS INDIGNATION. Jesus Himself said that for those who hurt His children it is better they have a millstone around their necks and be caste into the sea. I agree.

Help them in private, pray for their futures, take them to church to receive a moral compass, and please do not criticize the people from whom they come. After all, if your “progressivism” ideas were so correct, then you we wouldn’t be hiring foster parents.
You are not really helping people, just furthering your own outward appearances of your religion of liberalism, which is all about showing the world how you “help” and not privately showing God. So yes your life seems great in the videos, but if you are going to “help” children who BELONG TO SOMEONE ELSE then help them, not for show, not for youtube, not for your church of liberalism.

After watching a few of your videos, it seems that you probably fall into the “progressive” category of politics. That’s great, but I must say, the biggest liberals I’ve ever known were in my work in public schools. They had the meanest, nastiest things to say about the parents (it was a hi poverty school). As I was watching your video I had my 1 year old daughter sitting in my lap and when she saw Jude laughing she started clapping her hands and pointing to him on the screen. Too cute!

I was thinking the same thing, so many people don’t adopt American kids and they really are the ones who are pretty…messed up. My cousin was in the system for so long. She was at least 12 when my aunt adopted her from the states. She’s bipolar so she use to be…yeah (not that I should be talking) but she has a much better life and she’s happy
What I think is sad is the fact that it’s mainly American kids with the psychological problems…that tells you something about the U.S. no offense.
dear sir or lady…i sure dont want to discourage any one…i was talking about how the kids gonna look at it..en on ly to put the parents attention to that point so they dont make mistakes with it while raising those kids,..and id never judge this family right here..cos i really love it..even i havent meet them..but i really get excited watchin each en every vid
That’s absurd. I am from a mixed family with four adopted members and we all love and embrace each other completely. Love is limitless. What’s not fair is for good families to be discouraged from adopting because of frivilous comments and snap judgements.

You are 100% right! A lot of kids in foster care have problems, sometimes it even comes from being in foster care, Around the age of 4 or 5 their “problems” usually stick with them. I think there are so many foster kids that need to be adopted, im so glad this couple has decided to adopt from America!

okay, so after I left this message for some reason I start searching you tube for adoption videos. The first one that popped up was titled “Eva Adoption Video”. A couple adopted an Ethopian infant. It really touched me. It made me realize that children need parents, regardless of their nationality. In either case, thanks for helping a child in need.
Jude has got to be the cutest child I have ever seen….Not even exaggerating…. Congrats on your soon-to-be foster kids. There are so many children who need parents like you guys. You will truly be a blessing to some child(ren). I’m also glad you guys decide to adopt/foster american children. Not that there is anything wrong with adopting internationally, I guess I just think it’s great you haven’t forgotten about the local kids.
