(June 2)[Notes:SOT: It's been like a nightmare----pause--- yeah--but today's the better part ..yes...] A sentiment being repeated–by the parents of more than 400 children taken from a polygamist sect’s ranch in West Texas. [Notes:SOT: oh I'm gonna hug him and kiss him and take lots of pictures.]Monday —-the sect children began returning to the arms of their tearful parents —–hours after a judge bowed to a state Supreme Court ruling that the seizure was not justified. Yes we are....] The young children are being released after two months in state custody— much of it spent in foster care centers like this one in San Antonio….. FLDS parents must stay in Texas and attend parenting classes.Further –the state will be allowed to examine children for abuse……(SOT)((SUPER: Marleigh Meisner/ Child Protective Services Spokesperson)”it allows for the investigation to continue. CPS is a fukn joke. When they should step in they do nothing but stick their nose in when they shouldn’t

I was raised there and escaped and im currently recovering from the 18 year mind raping I recieved. I can tell you, god dont exist. its a well thought scheme. mind leverage against your own family members. most would rather die than deny their religeon. im fucking glad I got out. Its a bitch to start your life over. no friends. no family. I was on the streets with no money. but im good now. peace bro.

native english speaker!!, was born in madeira, but brought up in the uk, why, is there parts of my english you dont understand? lol

  4. EuphrasieF on September 6th, 2010 1:33 pm

They were taken away, for a couple weeks. Then they were sent back, because the social workers couldn’t justify their decision to the satisfaction of the courts.

Are you a native English speaker?

  5. madeira69 on September 6th, 2010 1:42 pm

child care is, authorties to take them away from danger, ie from cults or being in danger from sexual abbusive.

  6. EuphrasieF on September 6th, 2010 2:30 pm

//i mean what about the future of the kids//

    Elaborate, please?

  7. EuphrasieF on September 6th, 2010 3:23 pm

Why? Because they’re the parents of the children. Simple as that. Parents have the right to have custody of their children, by default. And what do you mean by “child care”?

  8. madeira69 on September 6th, 2010 3:27 pm

why does the americans let cults take kids away, surely you must have child care in the u.s????

  9. shirlnw99 on September 6th, 2010 4:04 pm

    You are a complete idiot

  10. shirlnw99 on September 6th, 2010 5:04 pm

Behave yourself! These women are`nt mothers, they`re child-bearers for the perverted men they live with! What woman gladly bears a child, knowing that in fourteen years she will be seduced by a man probably 40yrs older than her? Why are all these religeous groups focussed on sex? Every single sect is ruled by sex. Marvellous how all the leaders have the right to have sex with any woman and the men can take any women sexually. Diabolical and disgusting animals!!

  11. cvrnut09 on September 6th, 2010 6:04 pm

They obviously dont care. They,ve been doing it long enough that its the status quo, so they definitely need a wake up call

  12. giegiet on September 6th, 2010 6:49 pm

This sect group is crazy i mean what about the future of the kids?

  13. REEQ2389 on September 6th, 2010 7:01 pm

    datz krazy

  14. EuphrasieF on September 6th, 2010 7:38 pm

Phelps? Fred Phelps, you mean? Nope. That’s an entirely different group. Fred Phelps’ group [Westoboro Baptist, in Kansas] is so tiny that nobody would have ever heard of them if they weren’t actively out attention-whoring.

so glad that they got their children back, so many mothers have lost their children to foster care only to see them again in a casket, its horrible, nobody can really care for the child like the mother, i pray for the minority children that are not being let go to loving minority homes who would give them excellent care, only because they are single, or just not “rich”

  16. 0timide on September 6th, 2010 8:52 pm

x1115, Is this the same sect whose leader is Phelps, the guy who forced the 14 yr girl into marriage? If so, i want to retract my previous statement.

  17. 0timide on September 6th, 2010 9:43 pm

x11115, i wish you get arrested by ‘chance/accident’ then tells us what you think. I as much as everyone else knows nothing of this sect but i feared they were demonised and criminalised well in advance by the media and supporters like u the day they were arrested.

  18. osoluckyme on September 6th, 2010 10:16 pm

how did they get their children back after 2 months? Didnt they have to do therapy never ending CASE PLANS? Why dont they do things the same way in San Luis Obispo CA? Does CPS have guidelines to follow?

  19. dkrustyklown on September 6th, 2010 10:40 pm

The FACT is that sometimes unscrupulous government agents DO ACT without ANY EVIDENCE.

This is a prime example, since the court found that there was no evidence to back up the government case.

I can find thousands of examples of the government acting without evidence.

Also, about the hate thing, Americans have a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to hate anyone or anything. Americans also have the CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to raise their children to hate anyone or anything.

  20. MaddyMill on September 6th, 2010 10:41 pm

These people will be cared for by the American Gov’t for the rest of their lives! Public aide (WELFARE) and other government subsidies will be thrown at their feet! Please believe that these whites will be living LARGE((CHUCKLE))

Increase the Caucasian race by any means necessary.

    AGAIN>>>> CHUCKLE ~sigh~

  21. MaddyMill on September 6th, 2010 11:02 pm

When I first heard about this case, I knew that the American Judicial System WAS NOT going to separate this group and if they did the victims would be returned!

These type of sects are the only true hope for the survival and expansion of a pure and untainted white race.

  22. x11115 on September 6th, 2010 11:15 pm

“And then the parents are presumed guilty and treated as a convicted criminal prior to any trial or hearing.”

They are treated like a criminal? Come on your jumping to conclusions. How are they automatically treated like criminals. If your accused of something your not automatically arrested.. There’s a process. They may arrest you but that’s at their discretion.

  23. x11115 on September 6th, 2010 11:48 pm

That may be but the government isn’t going to act unless there is some type of evidence like signs of neglect. I’m not going to act afraid of my government because i personally don’t have anything to hide but a criminal is. So why be paranoid their going to take you away???

  24. x11115 on September 7th, 2010 12:38 am

How come they don’t take kids away from families that allow their kids to be in gangs like the crips, bloods, or kkk?

  25. Josephinega on September 7th, 2010 1:05 am

(p2) There is a 16 yr old that didn’t go back to the ranch, because CPS believes she was sexual abused.

  26. Glassgothgirl on September 7th, 2010 1:25 am

I want to foster terminally ill infants someday soon…<3
