   well in texas they do have a thing called kinship placement why were the children not placed with you is there some kind of cps background on you. i had a niece and nephew live with me thru cps with kinship placement it appears to me that maybe your daughter said something about her children not being placed with you.

   I live in Charleston,SC and my fiace has had temporary full custody of his his little girl for a year and a half now due to the mother neglecting their daughter due to drugs addiction. Well since then the mother did what the state wanted her to do, she went to Charleston Center for drug rehad. Well since than she has been arrested for prostition and was found having drugs on her and drug paraphelenia on her twice. This is all since she has finished her drug rehab. They are going to close thecase

   I pray for you, some mental health sufferers jus slip thru the system, as did my mom (RIP) I hope the CPS dont take the children and adopt them, at least keep them within the family and offer support. I understand it has become a business now, taking children for adopters looking for a specific type of child..Its a damn shame & abhorric..shame on them..selling children like cattle..
