“It was probably august, november of 07…” lol, that’s like a range of 4 months…she’s an idiot.
Why was she able to have another child after smothering one? You kill your child and you should have your uterus taken out. No more children for you EVER!
My heart goes out to those children, and all the future ones she pumps out and gets taken away. Hopefully they are taken before something awful happens to them and are young enough to have decent lives.
Children are a privilege, not a right.

There is sooooo much more to this case then what is being said!!! I think that fat plaintiff and her fat witness was telling a fat lie!! I believe the defendant when she said the brother asked for the money! i totally believe that!! I believe the defendant lied about who the father was and when they found out thats why they sued her…but its some untold truths in this case…

Soo, defendant allows estrange SIL pay her legal fees so she can get her kid back, has no problem about having the wrong man named as father of her child, has been in and out of jail herself a couple of times, had a drug problem, has lost legal custody of two kids and her father is proud of her? She HAS to take parenting classes and get drug checks frequently.
pray tell me, whatever for? I would think that shame or embarrassment would be a more appropriate emotion regarding her.

@bonniekilty I agree that it was the plantiff trying to get a reaction from jj and the gallery and garner some sympathy for her own heart-break, but it does have alot to do with the case in reality. If she has indeed been clean for 3 yrs at the time of the taping she would have been sober thru her pregnancy & post-partum period. That means there were other factors the authorities were concerned enough about to remove the baby. Maunchausen by Proxy is dangerous mental disorder .

if she f’ks up again and has hell break loose again, she’ll commit suicide.
Her abomination to who the parent of the child is unacceptable, though…. in that way… WHORE!
as much as both of the children are better off with other parents, i feel very sorry for this woman. she has obviously been through alot and its obvious that shes trying not to burst out into tears. i really hope that she gets her shit together and gets the chance to become a good parent.
@Traci25 The smile is a defense mechanism. Who wouldn’t be embarrassed to go into court and have someone tell the world that you are a bad mother? We’d have to be more concerned if she just stood there with no emotions. I hope she’s getting psychological help because she is in regression – 26 year olds should not speak like 5 year olds.
The defendant really needs to wipe that smile off her damn face. What is she so happy about? Oh wait, it must be the fact that her children got taken away from her. Yeah, I can definitely see the humor there. *end sarcasm*

The child is innocent. I believe the Plaintiff was merely trying to give her niece a better chance in life from what her brother & sister in law could give her.
It is a very sad case but I do hope that the Defendant does turn her life around…but she is going to need help for a long long time

Judge Judy is not a real judge. She is an actress and her court room is a telivision studio; her chambers is a studio dressing room. She has no authority other than what YOU give to her. She is a temporary seclorum judge, nevertheless.

And people wonder why the world is so efffed up! With parents like this kids don’t have a chance to live a normal life and then they in turn get just as screwed up as their idiotic parents and the cycle continues.

There is something you should know. This system has evolved into a muti billion dollar slave trade. Men are slaves to the system, no rights, no say, just bills from the lawyers and child support.
The lawyers are not working for men. They are using the kids to create confrontation with the women, to make more money for themselves.
The only way out is for men everywhere and at the same time, to stop paying child support untill the system is made fair for all. Its all about the money..
