What Qualifications do i need to open an Orphanage?

Can you answer star light’s question about Adoption?:
I dream of opening an orphanage anywhere in the world that I can. I’m still a teenager though, but it is my dream.
I dont know what I qualications i need and what i must have to be able to open one.
Also is there a training or any courses ??

Adoption Feedback: A wonderful dream.. However I would suggest you work in one first. I am in Romania working with sick and abandoned children. It’s the hardest thing you will ever encounter. Speak with you parents about a summer volunteering. The work you do during the summer will help you to better understand the needs of these children and enable you to help the better as an adult.
