Adoption Feedback: If you have the papers with your real name on it, that would help. Search the internet for genealogy or adoption agencies over there…..doesn’t sound like you would be very successful, though….sounds like a big longshot.
Adoption Feedback: Try asking this question on Russia category instead. There are many native Russians there who might be able to help you better. Do you speak Russian? There’s a guy who often answers on the Russia Section called “Slava T” and he seems to be knowledgeable in many things, and quite patient in answering. You can give it a try.
