Can you answer Mitch/Kristy C’s question about Adoption?:
Megan, is the name of the girl we are adopting. Due to problems with our adoption agency’s contacts in Guatemala, our case is on hold. Megan was born in Malacatan, San Marcos. In order for our adoption to move along and for us to be able to bring Megan home, we need to get her birth certificate. Does anyone have suggestions on how to contact the Civil Registry in Malacatan. Any information or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
