What are good licensed adoption agencies or orphanages in the Philippines?

Can you answer Galileah_B’s question about Adoption?:
I am thinking of adopting sometime in the future. But I am out of the country, nor am I familiar wih Manila adoption agencies. What are the well known or recommended orphanages in the Luzon or Manila area?

didn’t know you wanted to adopt… if you are totally serious i know someone who was a social worker, i could ask her.
