why do some celebrities or just people in general is big on adopting kids in america?

Can you answer Rorschach’s question about Adoption?:
a big example might be the brangelina couple….
i like angelina jolie adopt like kids of all races like black, chinese, hispanic, etc…. but has yet to give kids of their own? why?
i always wondered that question…..
like why do people even prefer adopting rather then making kids of their own willingly?

Adoption Feedback: I think it might be because they want to seem like better people by adopting from other countries. Brangelina has had kids of their own. But only a few. My other guess is because it takes a lot to lose the “baby weight” for women in Hollywood, they’re expected to regain their bikini bodies in 6 weeks or less. It’s easier, and “nicer” i guess.
Adoption Feedback: actually its the other way around there aren’t many people that adopt children
and alot of the times people only want babies and younger children to adopt

I don’t think there is anything wrong with adopting children. You have to remember children don’t ask to be brought into this world nor do they pick who they are born to. There are a lot of children who are brought into this world by parents who are abusing them, not feeding them, who beat them for crying or who can’t even afford them. Is it wrong then for someone to give them a better life?
I hope when I get a bit older I would have the chance to adopt a child. I have no desire to have children at all but if I wanted a child I’d rather adopt because someone out there is begging for a home and a mother and I think it’s too harsh to allow someone to watch life, the life they want, pass them by just because. It’s not like they have a choice to say I want to be Brangelina’s daughter.
