I read alot of questions and answers on here about women who have had babies stolen from them and the horrible adoption practices that take place. For the record, I totally agree with adoption reform and adopting from fostercare. However, what steps do you suggest taking when adopting an infant to ensure that it is a totally legal adoption, with no pressure, no stealing, etc etc. How do you suggest to people who are adopting an infant from America, or another country to handle the adoption so they can be sure it was an “ethical” adoption.

Foster-to-adopt’ How does this work we have been told it is the easiest way to go about and we have a big chance getting a baby?!? really not negitave stuff.. I’ve been told i cant carry full term do to medical conditions. We are ready to be parents and are not looking to replace our babies but looking to bring a baby into our lives and start a wonderful family!

I learned about adoption by the time I was 5. I knew about CPS by the time I was 5 also. If I remember correctly I threatened to call them on my parents.

Why do adoption agencies need to spend millions of dollars advertising adoption if women indeed didn’t want to raise there kids. Wouldn’t there be a line for Mothers to drop off their kids if children really weren’t wanted by their mother’s?

I hear people telling me that you cant stay with them while your in the hospital, i hear people telling me they can. Its Open adoption, and i want to at least stay with them in the hospital. The adoptive parents can come too, all they want.
