A court hearing to determine custody for 3 children with Nazi-inspired names failed to yield a decision, leaving the matter still unresolved. Their parents had hoped to regain custody of the children who were placed in foster care in January. (March 12)

if you dont have a problem with children being removed from neo-nazi parents then your a neo-nazi…you cant name ur kid adolf hitler, aryan nation, and himmler…thats like saying im gunna name my kid osama binladin or sadam or some other shit…the parents should be prosecuted for racisim and child abuse..child abuse becuase they KNOW that a kid named adolf hitler is gunna get the shit knocked outa him in school reguardless of anything.

This is so much B/S. The parents should be allowed to keep the kids, especially with no REAL evidence of abuse. If your for this, then you are ANTI-AMERICAN. Free speech knows no bounds. Also, If the kids dont like their names they can change them when they’re older.

  6. DictatorRoB on May 31st, 2010 11:23 am

I can’t wait to have son and to name him Benito.

  7. watermelonygoodness on May 31st, 2010 11:38 am

Was there ever a ruling in this case?

  8. XLittleEarthquakesX on May 31st, 2010 11:47 am

There is definitely something very wrong with people who name their child after one of the biggest criminals in history. They are most probably neo nazis or insane. Could be both too… So honestly I’m glad that the children have been taken away from them.

  9. jjremy1 on May 31st, 2010 12:34 pm

Why did they give all of their Nazi-inspired names? They are setting their kids up for lots of problems and negative attention.

  10. ash9023 on May 31st, 2010 1:15 pm

good gosh it’s not the name, it’s the person…..

  11. Xander513 on May 31st, 2010 1:18 pm

im sorry i dnt like nazis but u cant take kids cuz of a fuckin name……whether you like it or not thats german discrimination

  12. Smasher258 on May 31st, 2010 1:23 pm

I think the names are good. Fuck all you haters.

  13. 00005426895 on May 31st, 2010 1:45 pm

So the government can come in and take your kids if they dont like what you name your kids. This is bullshit you can name your kids whatever you want. They need yo give them there kids back and leave them the hell alone

  14. xoxodudeitsemily on May 31st, 2010 2:13 pm

The name is in poor taste.

  15. dp535i on May 31st, 2010 2:19 pm

@dp535i – not just German history, but World History is corrupted.
I don’t pick on people who are called Mohammad, David, Jesus, Peter, Richard Nixon, Mike Jackson, etc.
it’s just a name. there are worse things to worry about than what name is on a person’s birth certificate.

@FernandoTorrera – well, if a child gets picked on for being called Adolf Hitler, whoever is picking on them has worse parents than the parents of Adolf.
the only reason anyone would pick on them is if they are being taught to fear a fourth reich because they listen to too much jew tv, radio and jew news reports. i’m not anti-semetic but most people don’t realize how corrupted society is for German history because of jews.

  18. FukYoCouchNugga on May 31st, 2010 3:43 pm

lets b smart these parent basically put these kids n bodybags yea they might not grow up like that but its the fact of the events these ppl are associated with their basically paying homage to what hitler n the aryans did how are they gonna get a job anywere besides mc donalds or home depot??? u thought blks had a hard time getn jobs cuz ghetto names wait till these kids grow up n btw jews run shit they basically control the media and most high paying companies so good luck

  19. FernandoTorrera on May 31st, 2010 3:52 pm

@dp535i Pretty much everyone knows who adolf hitler is and what he did. No one but you and a few classmates know about fernando. Plus being gay is not the same as the genocide Hitler did. I wouldnt think it was bad if the child was just named adolf either but hitler also come on. There was a woman who named her child teetee for short the kids would make fun of her saying she was pee.

  20. dp535i on May 31st, 2010 4:17 pm

@FernandoTorrera – i knew a kid named Fernando when i was in school, and he used to chase other boys around trying to kiss them. that doesn’t mean that anyone else who’s named Fernando is going to like chasing boys around….lol
    ya know what i mean?

  21. dp535i on May 31st, 2010 5:15 pm

@FernandoTorrera – i would never name my kids anything like Hitler, or especially anything i think they would get picked on for..
on the same note, i don’t care what others name their kids. those parent certainly don’t deserve having their kids taken away just because they have names like that…
it’s none of my business, and it’s certainly none of our government or society’s business what they call their kids…

  22. FernandoTorrera on May 31st, 2010 5:33 pm

@dp535i when you name your child you have to think about a name they will not be picked on for its hard enough growing up why make it harder for them. If you want to make an example do it to yourself not the child thats selfish.

  23. smmeegal on May 31st, 2010 6:21 pm

I wouldn’t say those names are revolutionary lol

  24. beginization on May 31st, 2010 6:26 pm

If the children chose the name themselves I would be worried, just like Obama gave him self the middle name after Saddam from Iraq, that sounds worse to me

  25. Penguindog55 on May 31st, 2010 6:30 pm

@dp535i I totally agree, parents should have the right to name their children whatever they want, a names just a name, I hope these parents got their children back and fuck shoprite.

  26. Penguindog55 on May 31st, 2010 6:31 pm

Well, I support these parents, if only I could have done anything to help them, they haven’t done anything wrong and poor children.

  27. Thea636 on May 31st, 2010 7:09 pm

This is so horrifically true. My son and I were victims. He was only 4. As a result we have gone from middle class to destitute poverty, but we are together. In the end it was my intellect that saved us. A lot of people are poor these days. In Detroit poverty is the standard. I can stand to be poor for awhile. I could not stand to be without my child.

  28. crownward on May 31st, 2010 7:41 pm

    Please someone advise us:
My step son from a prior marriage has been a crown ward for years and my other son now 28 and I am outraged since so many people that love him and are kind to him were? left out. We don’t like what we heard about how he has lived. He knows he has a lawyer but does not know the name or function or how to ask for help.
How can we talk to him? We love him and could give him a super life.

  29. CPSSucks on May 31st, 2010 7:42 pm

@misteeq64 – oh I would never count on CPS. They leave the children that are abused, and take the ones that aren’t. The rate of abuse would dramatically decline if we abolished CPS tomorrow, because of the conditions children in their “care” suffer.

I agree society could lend a hand.

  30. misteeq64 on May 31st, 2010 8:03 pm

@CPSSucks Maybe it is time to stop counting on CPS

and the community to get involve . Nobody want to work for CPS the pay is poor the hour long and very few weward.Instead of accusiing CPS what are we doing has a society to land a hand.

  31. CPSSucks on May 31st, 2010 8:47 pm

@jm2trash – CPS deliberately ignores children who are in abusive situations because 1) they don’t give a damn, and 2) if something happens, and it hits the media, it always ultimately works in their favour (see “the Baby P effect” in this regard).

  32. CPSSucks on May 31st, 2010 8:48 pm

@lopaka6 – The factors that precipitate a child becoming a ward of the state are, to name a few: 1) federal funding, 2) false accusations of child abuse which result in apprehensions, 3) adoption targets. By the way, do you work for CPS or somehow profit from CPS? Because that’s usually the case with people who make comments such as yours. Either that, or supreme ignorance.

  33. jm2trash on May 31st, 2010 8:58 pm

I also learned about a study in sociology class that up to 50% of children killed by their parent/caregivers were known to CPS to have been in an abusive environment at the time they were killed.

  34. aviomaster on May 31st, 2010 9:20 pm

    – I am not suprised at all , Look at this fact ,.,,
CCCP we all heard bad things about
CCCP had 650 prisoners on 100.000 people , Communists … we are talking about here , they put people in jail for 5 year for saying Fuck STAlin ..

    USA prison population ,
760 people in jail on 100.000 people ,
is this called a DEMOCRACY ,,, is this largest export of USA .
this number increasing in USA today.

yes the y would be better off with there real parents. i needed to hear you say that thank you!!!!!!!

  36. crzycody777 on May 31st, 2010 10:25 pm

you are right about the low income part and i love it that you care.

  37. kelamb141 on May 31st, 2010 10:49 pm

lopaka6, Do you work for CPS? The way you are talking it sounds like you do. There are horror stories and I know that for a fact as we are grandpareants and have had our sweet grandchildren taken away because of a false allegation and with CPS you are guilty until proven innocent. This system needs to be restructured from the top down. You had better do some research yourself.

  38. MeanieMuff on May 31st, 2010 11:41 pm

I grew up in the system and have no doubts the stories you are hearing from the lost children are true! Now they want to make abortion illegal so they can throw even more kids into what I consider hell. They just do not care! Thank you so much for spreading the word. I wish we could all find one another and do a million man march!

  39. CPSSucks on June 1st, 2010 12:14 am

CPS is a trillion dollar business, that needs to keep expanding all the time. The more children they kidnap, the more power they get. Soon, every child will be in government “care,” if we don’t do something. A lot of these kidnapped children are now going to gays, who dominate the court system and CPS. Since gays cannot have children unless they find someone who is willing to bear their child (not very likely) they have to take the kidnapped ones. Judges are very happy to help out.

  40. CPSSucks on June 1st, 2010 12:43 am

lopaka6, if you want to see ’sweeping indictments” you should check out what CPS does to parents when they kidnap their children.

  41. CPSSucks on June 1st, 2010 1:16 am

foster hell is the goose that laid the golden egg for CPS – it just keeps giving them a new source of victims, generation after generation.

All bow down to the omnipotent lopaka6, his Narcissistic Personality Disorder precede’s him, all hail his self entitlement.

  43. johnreon on June 1st, 2010 1:47 am

Thank you for posting. There is much more to know about this failing system..

I was going to add more information about this on the side bar and your post reminded me to do so…

Please see side bar for more information.

    Again I thank you.

Peace to you and your loved ones.

  44. lopaka6 on June 1st, 2010 2:30 am

After reading some of the drivel that people have posted below, I now understand why you make these videos–personal gratification. Listen people, this guy (and any of you out there who buy this baloney) have a problem understanding causal relationships. Even if it were true that 70% of prison inmates were former foster children, why be so shallow as to fault foster care? Don’t be stupid. What are all the factors that precipitate a child becoming a ward of the state? There are your causes, ppl.

  45. lopaka6 on June 1st, 2010 3:05 am

What a load of crap. This is the worst kind of video, because it appears to be made in support of children by calling out the problems that are out there. But what you’ve done is made a sweeping indictment of the entire system. (And you’ve done it with, at best, slanted statistics.) There’s a lot of good that gets done by those systems. And there are no alternatives at the moment. Don’t be so quick to bash the system and to support the “loving” families. Kids first. Your ego second.

  46. donna6232 on June 1st, 2010 3:21 am

thank you john. i will pass this information around. disgusting. we need to all be aware of this and do something about it. knowledge is power

  47. mahiney8184 on June 1st, 2010 4:08 am

My last post didn’t take, but I don;t care to rewrite it.

Have you looked at the percetange of those people that were doing pot and got put away? it’a about that rate. They are self medicating probably due to the pain in their past either from their birth families or foster care system.

  48. EvilBitch1387 on June 1st, 2010 4:11 am

This is some very alarming Info. i spent half my life as a ward of the state the other I’ve been on my own.fuck a bunch of foster parents.I been on my own since I was 13!

  49. backtobasicsman on June 1st, 2010 4:48 am

your so right man, the system is 100 percent controlled by the state!
i believe, and what i see is that the more civilasation evolves, the crazy’er it becomes. look at japan, one of the richest, most developed “civilisations”, in the world. and it is well known in japan, that one in tree kids is sexually abused but nobody talks about it, its like a public secret!

  50. Wildcatman65 on June 1st, 2010 5:23 am

John, I am a former Foster Child my self I lived in the “SYSTEM” back in the mid Sixties to mid 70’s, Thank you for your video on this manner. I am 49 years old and I still live with the subtitle Foster child to this very day.
I wish their were more people like speaking out about this. All of the wasted lives that I have seen. I was sort of lucky that I got with a family that was in it for the money! Lucky me! Compared to Some others.

  51. osoluckyme on June 1st, 2010 5:49 am
