This is one of the sweetest receiving scenes ever… Mia’s heart literally lept out of her chest and rushed to her babies coming down the hall… Beautiful children, beautiful parents, beautiful family. It seems that the orphanage handled the joining together of children and family with great sensitivity. This is usually a loud, chaotic scene, so traumatic for the babies. Lovely. Thanks for sharing.

Aww, congrats, I’m so happy for you. I understand the whole process of whay/why they go through everything. They don’t want children just going to any family. But I still wish the process didn’t take so long. I also wish it wasn’t so expensive. Ih eard it is costly too. Why put a price on adoption? Even though the process will prob be tough, I’m still going to think of how hard it must be for the little ones out there with their folks that just want a loving family. That will keep me going. ;D

I agree it really was wonderful! And I think you should adopt from China. Actually, I was adopted from China and it took my mom atleast two years to get her paperwork and everything cleared to get me.

I watched a documentary about twin girls adopted by different families, one in the US and the other in Norway. The adoptive parents were the ones who saw the likeness when they were in the Civic Centre in China together and decided to do DNA tests.
You have the most beautiful family. Mom Mia is a beauty herself, LOL!! Kaili and Kimberly showed promise from the word go, with those huge eyes and cheerful faces.
You gave birth on Dec 12, 2007 to a baby sister to them? Wow!!! God Bless you!!

I cried too! Beautiful story! I just saw the worst documentary on HBO about China’s one child law, how baby girls are killed and aborted and how young boys go missing to be sold to other families. They have such a better life here in the US. God Bless both of you…..All 3 of your girls are Beautiful! I hope to be able to adopt one day too.
