@CodaCola Enlig is not my first language. It is my third and I wrote it (like this one) in the middle of the night. Its spelled “Philosophy”, of course. I know how it spells. I just missed an “O”. What you are doing is “Hey, that guy missed an “O”, then he most be a retarded redneck from America.” But Im not.

I don’t see why religious people are so upset about abortion. If you abort a fetus, you’re sending them directly to heaven. And isn’t that what you bible-thumpers want – no devil to trick them into going to hell?
And hey, if aborted fetuses go to hell instead, then perhaps you should worship a god who isn’t such a sadistic bastard.

It’s a thing called love and caring. He’s not saying that we shouldn’t care about each other. There really isn’t a purpose to life other to enjoy it while you have it. I like living, so I’m going to continue. If I didn’t like living, I’d kill myself. It’s that simple.

@lucariofan508 Why should your family care about you? If they were truly enlightened and wise, like many of the people on this page, they wouldn’t care nor should they. Not to say his opinion isn’t a very interesting one, but if we (or he) truly believed what he is selling, we’d all kill ourselves-period. Why exist? However, the concept that life truly doesn’t matter-what makes us better than any other matter, (or lack of matter) is bleak and scary, but one that is interesting to play with.

A couple of years ago he came to San Antonio. He was brilliant, and people were walking out from his flame throwing humor… He was 69 at the time… Such passion. I so dearly miss him.!.!.!

There isn’t objective value – but surely you’re not going to kill anyone – because, at the end of the day, you don’t want to spend the rest of your life in a cell, or with that trauma. Finally… someone who gets it, now you just need to realize it doesn’t mean things suck! It’s liberating, it’s great! And you can start coming up with a real morality, one you can believe in, not one you’re simply taught.

What exactly does have value or point? Please tell me what does and how you know it does instead of just making baseless statements. George is already dead. If you killed me, I wouldn’t care because I would be dead, but the opposite is also true. ok jacey’s mother sounds like mine. narrow-minded and selfish thinking that she knows whats best for everyone. but the truth is we all make mistakes and by not letting jacey accept the outcome of the choices she made it doesnt help her learn. but im glad her mom is giving her a chance to prove herself as a mother.

Wanna know what is messed up? My best friend in the whole world is pregnant. She is 14. She’s going to keep her. She dropped out of school, and is haning all sorts of medical conditions. Most of her friends are still there, but when I bring her up, i see the way their faces change. They think they are so much better then her. Something like getting pregnant can happen to anyone who thinks their old enough to have sex, just look at her. She’s 14, and has been through so much already.U should wait

@x0ThatGirlx0 If you recall earlier in the movie jacey didn’t want anything to do w/the baby.’member the scene:it was late night/or early morning the baby was wailing and jacey went to (her mother) to get up and quiet the baby.There are actaully a few scenes like that.

There’s a HUGE difference between getting pregnant by somebody you love and not knowing the father because it could be “one of three people”. She had a child, but it was a child born out of love, not a one night stand.
