I got married in Feb2003 in Sri Lanka at the Heritage Hotel(as it is now known due to being hit by the Tsunami in Dec 2003)We travelled around the country and visited the elephant orphanage which was fantastic,I even got to bottle feed the baby elephants! Our guide also took us across the road to a lesser known about river where we rode up the river on the elephants backs, groomed them with coconut shells and fed them fruit. A memorable experience!
